Jonathan B. Kerendian

Jonathan Kerendian is a Principal of Blue Rock Property Group LLC.  Mr. Kerendian's primary responsibilities are analyzing and approving the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions. Furthermore, Mr. Kerendian is responsible for the sourcing and marketing for potential new investments. Mr. Kerendian holds a Degree in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development from Baruch College.

 

Dan Neman

 

Dan Neman is the Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations at Blue Rock Property Group LLC.  Mr. Neman has brokered deals with some of the Nations largest corporations.  As head of Investor Relations and Industry Contacts, Mr. Neman is in charge of expanding Blue Rock Property Groups clients and portfolio. Dan Neman Graduated from Bernard Baruch school of business.

Steve Fried

Steve has the knowledge and insights to capitalize on unique real estate opportunities. His primary responsibilities are negotiating, analyzing, and approving the firm’s acquisitions. His diligent, focused, and out-of-the-box approach creates significant value, especially for assets that seem complicated, complex, or unattainable. He coordinates underwriting and negotiates deals with multiple national property owners and brokers.  Steve has worked for some of the top Real-Estate firms in the capacity of accounting, financing, management, and operations. Steve is a licensed CPA and holds a degree in Real-Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Shack.
